AGM Announcement
Hello RWPA Membership,
The 2020 AGM will be on Nov. 21st, 2020, beginning at 3:00 pm via Zoom. The meeting ID and password will be forwarded in a separate communication.
The main purpose of the meeting will be to report the business of the Club over the past year, and elect new persons to the Executive.
We have several vacancies on the board as some have completed their term and will not be returning. In addition, we need to fill two resignations.
If you would like to put your name forward for one of the positions or have a nomination in mind, please notify me (d.boan@hotmail.com) and Scottie Frostad (rwpa.clubrep@gmail.com) at your earliest convenience. Below, please find an overview of the needs regarding positions to be filled.
- Registrar
- Promotions and Marketing
- Secretary
- Member at Large (2-4)
- Club Manager (Has been vacant for two years. Scottie has graciously fulfilled this duty on top of her actual Board responsibilities; Promotions and Marketing.
