All green requirements outlined above must be submitted during registration. There will be an Uploads page for members to submit the following documents:
- Screening Disclosure Form or Screening Renewal Form (forms linked in registration AND here: https://wpsask.ca/
content/policies-amp-bylaws ) - E-PIC (can also use Triton online enhanced CRC during registration)
- VSC
Respect in Sport will be requested on the first page of your registration under the Participant Information section.
Coaches must register in one of the following three categories:
- Make a Splash (club training/informal scrimmages only),
- Water Polo for Life (Community League and Provincials competitions), or
- Perform in Water Polo (NCL coach) membership categories.
All board members must also register this season to submit their Safe Sport requirements. There is no fee for board member registration.
